Established in Montreal, studio-365 has been serving musicians with fully furnished and hourly rehearsal music studio rentals for more than 30 years
Located near the Mile-end and offering quality brand equipment such as Tama, Gallien-Krueger, Marshall and Shure, we have welcomed a variety of clientele from bands in the quest of a affordable and reliable jam space to students looking for a music practice studio
Each room is equipped with a full drum set including a bass drum and bass drum pedal, a snare, three toms, one hi-hat as well as all stands and other accessories. A bass and two guitar amplifiers are comprised in all studios which also come with two mic stands and one mixer. Sound return is ensure by two speakers suspended from the ceiling
Studios do not include ride and crash cymbals but kits can be rented

Hourly Rates
Our prices start as low as 11 dollars an hour. Certain items are available for on-site rental such as a guitar or a bass, microphones, crash cymbals, ride cymbals and additional amps not to mention drum sticks for sale

Policy
We do not require any membership and rooms are rented on a hourly base and on the principal of 'first come, first serve'. Regular weekly booking is also available
A two hour minimum is required on studio rental sessions and a 24 hour notice is required or else the practice in full will be charged

Public Transit
Take the metro to Rosemont station and then take the 161 bus line West. Stop at a corner of Van Horne street and Avenue du Parc and then walk North until you meet Beaubien Ouest

Take the metro to Parc station and then the 80 bus line South. Stop at the corner of Beaubien Ouest street and Avenue du Parc
From the North Shore
Take highway 19 South and once in Montreal, Avenue du Parc from Jean-Talon street until you get to Beaubien Ouest
From the South shore
Take Route 134 into Avenue de Lorimier. Take the Boul. St-Joseph west and then North on Avenue du Parc until you meet Beaubien Ouest Street
